Hardland Heritage Return and Refund Policy
At Hardland Heritage, we want you to love every item you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read through our Return and Refund Policy for all the details on how to initiate a return or refund request.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns on all items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unworn: Items must be in their original, unused condition (unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached).
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation email is required to process your return.
In Original Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging, if possible, to ensure it is protected during transit.
Non-returnable items include:

Gift cards
Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)


2. Return Process

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage during the return shipment.

Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is delivered safely.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Processing Time: Refunds may take up to 14-21 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order through our website.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
