Order Processing Time
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your order to be processed and shipped. This time frame accounts for production, quality checks, and fulfillment. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times may vary depending on your region and carrier delays, but you can typically expect delivery within 3–7 business days after your order has shipped.

Pre-Orders
If you are ordering during a preorder window, please note that production does not begin until after the preorder closes. The 2–4 week processing window begins once the preorder period ends.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S. and are working toward offering international shipping soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Hardland Heritage is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. If your package was shipped via a traceable method, we can assist in tracking it down. We strongly recommend ensuring that your shipping address is secure or opting for signature confirmation if you are concerned about delivery.
